Tunisian-born, Parisian musician Jean-Pierre Smadja (Smadj), grew up listening and singing to folk, Brazilian, Oriental, funk, soul, soul, and soul music. Smadj, who was 15 years old, entered a jazz school due to his passion for the guitar. His musical development was marked by the transformation of traditional jazz styles into new sounds. Smadj’s interest in music and the process of creating it led him to study sound engineering. This led to a successful career as a sound engineer.
