TRIO-96, a Japanese band, is a Japanese outfit. It’s obvious from their name that they were formed in 1996 as a trio. Ironically, they became a quartet while recording their first album. Their follow-up was recorded live and performed by Kenji and Yasuhiro, who are the permanent members. Trio-96 didn’t release any albums as a trio.
