Typhanie is an educator, performer and recording artist. Her three independently produced, critically acclaimed albums have won the attention of Howard Reich, Chicago Tribune jazz critic, and thousands of loyal fans. She has performed on the same stage as jazz’s most prestigious musicians, such as Joe Lovano and Chris Potter, The Manhattan Transfer, Mavis Staples, and Mavis Steaples.
