VSP Projekt, a fusion-jazz-rock band, was founded in 1986 by Riho Silbul and Raul Vaigla. Sibul’s lovely solo song, “Kuulaps”, (Moonchild), became very popular in Estonia. It is still well-known today. The band released their first full-length album in 1989 on vinyl. It was repressed in 1996 on CD.
