YUUKAIKENCHIKU was founded in 2009 by five Zeuhl fans – Nami ADACHI, Hidehito TAMBA and Shintaro KANDA (flutes), Kei AKITA on drums and Takenobu TAKAHASHI (keyboards). As a start commune, they used a Kyoto Univ. light music club, to which Takenobu u0026 Kei belonged, as a base. They played traditional rock, but also had strong intentions for flexibility in soundscape. They gigged around Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe.
